Salem Arts Association member, Sheila Farren Billings, has designed a Lady of Salem figurehead for the Salem Arts Festival. Her Lady has been sponsored by Cabot Money Management and will be installed outside their offices on the Essex Street Mall. The Ladies of Salem will be unveiled as part of the Salem Arts Festival.
